This module presents available information about elders who identify themselves as Native Hawaiian and/or Pacific Islander, including Samoans, Tongans, Micronesians, and Marshallese among others.  The module discusses demographics, patterns of health risk, and the role of cultural competency in the health assessment and treatment of Native Hawaiians and other Pacific Islanders.
