4. Better able to describe the sizes and growth trends in the major population categories of ethnic older adults

5. Better able to describe factors that affect cross cultural interactions in geriatric health care in terms of the cultural backgrounds of the providers and patients and the culture of the setting

6. List the major components of cultural competence in health care on the system and provider levels
